As a diabetic, I decided to try the sugar-free candies, and let me tell ya, they taste amazing! They arrived quickly and were packaged in eco-friendly, biodegradable materials. I’ll surely place another order once I finish these!

Update: I had a rough time, so now I'm being accused of 'bullying' and 'blackmailing' for wanting some 'free sweets'? What is up with this company? Are they run by kids? Good grief!

I've added the complete, unedited email thread and the image below. This back-and-forth happened over two days, and their response time was not 'eight hours' as they claim. Clearly, I never said I wanted a free bag of sweets or I'd leave a bad review. Rebecca, my partner, has every right to share her own thoughts, and I can tell anyone I want about the awful customer service. They are just proving my point about being defensive and combative. My emails didn’t deserve a reply? You told me to reach out if there was an issue! You were alarmed by my 'threat?' That was the LAST email I sent after this terrible experience!

Keep in mind, this is all over a bag of bon bons - they'd rather act like this than fix the issue. This company is just the worst!

They mention in their email receipt to contact them before posting a review if you're not satisfied (definitely a red flag looking back).

I reached out (with a bit of humor) about the quality of a particular sweet that really let me down, and they were super defensive, suggesting they’ve never had a complaint before, so it must be me who's at fault. I sent three emails that went unanswered, and finally got a one-sentence reply.

They flat-out refused to replace the product or offer an alternative (we 'can't do that'), and they ignored my comments and photos of the sweets and their condition.

They absolutely DO NOT CARE about their customers.

This is a genuine review. PLEASE consider shopping elsewhere! It’s been a dreadful experience.

I shop at Handy Candy for my husband, who has diabetes. He really enjoys the diabetic selection, especially the fruit salad and raspberry flavors. The service is top-notch, and I’d suggest it to anyone.

There’s a huge range of sugar-free goodies and candies available. Ordering was a breeze, though it took a bit longer than I thought to get my stuff. Could be due to postal strikes, but I’m still giving it 5 stars!

Handy Candy clearly operates as a well-managed, small business that genuinely cares about its customers (and the planet).

I’ve shopped with them before and was super impressed, so I decided to buy again. The selection of sugar-free products is fantastic! It really helps me find good deals for my guy without having to hit a minimum for shipping.
